The health and well-being of our customers is our highest priority. We understand the uncertainty many customers may be facing and so any customers who wish to change their tennis holiday can now transfer to alternative dates without a change fee. Also in accordance with the recommendations of the WHO, The H10 Hotel has put in place the following safety and cleaning measures in their hotels:

Staff: Staff training on hygiene and prevention measures. Staff equipped with PPE and their temperature checked at the beginning of the day.

Front Desk: Measures for social distancing between guests and employees. Prioritization of payment methods by contactless credit card. Disinfection of magnetic keys.

Rooms: Thorough cleaning of rooms, with more frequent disinfection of surfaces of greater contact. Rooms will be left vacant for a minimum of 24 hours after each stay. Bottle of hydrogel hand sanitizer and set of two facemasks.

Common areas: More frequent cleaning, especially in areas of greatest contact.Hydrogel hand sanitizer dispenser points. Air cleaning and purification systems.

Restaurant: Limited number of places with a minimum distance of 2 m (6.6 ft) between tables. Disinfection of tables and chairs after each use. Disinfection of household items and facilities after each service. Prioritization of table service and show-cooking.

Swimming pools: Limited number of people with a minimum distance of 2 m (6.6 ft) between sun loungers. Enhanced maintenance and disinfection of swimming pool water. More frequent cleaning of furniture.
